Submitted papers will subject to stringent peer review by at least three experts and carefully evaluated based on originality, significance and clarity of exposition. Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Explore, which will be submitted to EI and Scopus to be indexed. Furthermore, the selected papers will be published in the special issues of prestigious international journals after further revision.
