Prospective authors are encouraged to submit full papers for review. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.

Important on Virtual Session information
1. Accepted papers can be presented virtually. The length of the virtual presentation will be given 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A), depending on each session chair:

It is expected that the presenter is ready in the room before the session begins. The presenter should prepare a pre-recorded presentation that clearly illustrates the main points of her/his paper, and make sure the presentation fits well within the assigned time slot, leaving at least 5 minutes for a period of question-answering. Should sound be required, the presenter is kindly requested to contact the conference secretariat at least 3 weeks in advance in order to ensure proper arrangements. It may be useful to follow presentation best practices

2. The author must partake in the virtual session after the presentation to answer questions.
3. If there are technical difficulties we will turn on a pre-recorded presentation from the author. However, the authors are expected to still answer questions after the presentation.
4. Periodically we will be doing a role call for the authors.
