참가자분들이 할인을 받기 위해서는 얼리버드 등록 기한 내에 등록해주시기 바랍니다. 얼리버드 기간이 마감되면 추후에 이루어지는 모든 등록 사항들은 “일반 등록” 비용이 적용됩니다. 학생할인을 받고자 하는 학생 참가자분들은 재학 증명서나 ID 카드를 이메일을 통해 Conference Secretariat에 제출하여야 합니다.
저자가 컨퍼런스에 참가하기 위해서는 논문 등록 비용을 지불하여야 합니다. 이 때 이루어지는 등록 비용은 저자 한 명(발표자)과 논문 한 개에 해당됩니다. 등록 기준점은 첫 저자(First Author)를 기준으로 합니다. 추가 논문은 개별적으로 “Additional Paper” 으로 등록하셔야 하며 입금도 이루어져야 합니다.

IMPORTANT Registration Information
All conference attendees are advised to register before Early Bird Deadline to receive a discount on registration. Any registrations made after the Early Bird Deadline will be required to pay “Regular” registration fees. Students must provide proof of current enrollment or ID to the Conference Secretariat through email.
The paper registration fee is required for an author to participate in our conference. The registration covers the cost of 1x author and 1x paper; any additional papers must be separately registered as an “Additional Paper” and paid in full. Additional authors that aren’t presenting at the conference must register as a “Listener” in order to attend.

Additional Important Information
You must transfer the full Registration amount to our account and must pay for the transferring fee the bank charges.
Please note that the fee must be transferred under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance must be emailed to us for payment confirmation.
If the transferring name is different than the registered person then notify us immediately with the correct proof.
