iCatse produces open online journals to promote top-tier scholars through their presented papers through our conferences. This will allow authors to further expand on their topics with more extended information. These are papers selected and highly reviewed during the examination process.

As publication is by invitation only, the invitation letter will provide the instructions for submission, which is intended to be similar to the conference submission procedure. An invitation letter is not a guarantee that it will be published but instead that the paper will be highly considered for publication.
